Development of the old school and the old post office

As soon as the previous project is completed, it is planned:

• To fit out an apartment on the first floor of the old school
• To fit out an apartment on the first floor of the Post Office

These accommodations will be rented to people residing year-round in the village.

The total expenditure will amount to €301,947 excluding tax and is financed by the CDC €36,082 and €35,328, action plus €12,710 State (France plan to relaunch program 302 ecology) €59,990, CADEC loan at 0% of 90 000€ over 10 years.

Burial of power and telephone lines

3 phases:

The union of electrification of southern Corsica on the occasion of the strengthening of the electric power, is going in consultation with the Telecom to proceed with the burial of the lines.

This large project is divided into 3 phases:

Phase n ° 1: from Funtanella to the former gendarmerie (2017/2019) currently about to be completed

Phase 2: Church and village top (2020/2021)

Phase 3: Vetriccia and Vignale (after 2021)

Note that work on street lighting will be done gradually at the end of each phase

Creation of "A via U granu"

Wheat, barley and flax

This project desired by the municipality and carried out (including funding) by the Conservatoire du littoral and the Departmental Council will see the creation on Caspiu and Miserinu of a path on the theme of wheat called "The way of the wheat" to make it clear that wheat, barley and flax were planted around these two beaches.

Threshing areas, huts, gardens, fountains and bread ovens will be highlighted.

Project started in April 2021 and is expected to last two years.

Creation of a community business

By deliberation of 02/14/2020, the CM decided on the principle of creating a municipal trade open all year round.

This business will include a grocery store, a bar and a brasserie.

A public service delegation (DSP) will entrust its management to a private party for the payment of an annual fee. The recipient of the DSP was appointed by the CM on 06/06/2021

The file is under construction.

Expenditure financing plan of €123,071 excluding tax provided by the CDC €50,900 and the mountain fund €48,116. CADEC loan at 0% for an amount of €20,000 over 10 years.

Work completed. Remains a control by smoke test on the pipes.
