Elections
Those who did not receive their new card , can come and collect it from the town hall or ask for a certificate of registration on the electoral lists.
People who wish register on the electoral list:

For proxies just call the Piana brigade (see useful numbers) who will come to collect it from your home or use the maprocuration.fr website

to the issuance of these documents.
Regarding the driver's license:
Loss of bank card papers:
Phone the Piana gendarmerie (see No in useful contacts) who will set an appointment either by coming to Partinello or on site in Piana
Birth, marriage and death certificates or others are issued by the secretariat of the Commune. The request is made either in writing or by email.
Town planning - Building permit
Filing of building and development permits or town planning certificates must be filed with the Town Hall, either in paper form or directly electronically by sending the documents to: mairie.partinello@wanadoo.fr
The necessary forms are available on site at the Town Hall or by consulting the administrative procedures section above.
The town planning rules applied are those of the Plu (see below) of the Municipality of Partinello
In addition, our commune being a classified site, the examination of the files is made by the State services.
Local Urban Plan
By deliberation dated 06/12/2019 the PLU was approved by the municipal council and published at the Prefecture on 11/02/2020. Since 03/11/2020 the PLU is therefore applicable.

Simplified modification of the PLU
By decree of 07/02/2021 and deliberation of the CM of 21/02/2021 and 06/06/2021 a simplified modification procedure has been decided. It concerns material modifications, consistency of plans, deletion of unnecessary mentions in the presentation report and an update of procedure concerning agricultural sheds.

Provided by the Community of Communes; collection points for sorting waste are installed throughout the village.

Insured by the people themselves.

which is protected and closed.
Community of communes
Establishment of the new community of Communes
Since 2017, our village has been part of the SPILONCA LIAMONE community of municipalities comprising 33 municipalities (from Pastricciola to Osani). The implementation is done gradually and the transfers of powers provided for by law are examined and studied.
1/ In 2017, instead of the SIA intermunicipal syndicate (which no longer exists), the community of Communes took over the collection of household waste.
In terms of the organization of rounds, there has been no change, however the principle of the annual fee (135 euros per dwelling house) has been replaced by a new tax based on the value of the built land, which has led to the an equal fee for all to enter into an individual tax, variable according to the rental value of the property.
2/ In 2018, tourism competence is provided by the community of municipalities, this will concern the promotion of tourism, the maintenance and development of beaches as well as the tourist tax. Debates are underway within the community of municipalities to determine precisely the exact contours of this competence. To be continued
