Constructions - Developments - Rehabilitations.

These are projects for the years to come.

They were discussed with the President of the CDC so that the Region could know the needs of the Commune.

The infrastructure of the village:

Roads:

- RD 81 crossing Partinello, coated to be laid within three to five years, to be quantified, project currently under the responsibility of the Region. A final phase of work must be started in October 2021

- RD 324 route the file range which will be scheduled by the Region during 2022 to redo the asphalt

Development work in the village:

First file:

A project concerning the repair of walls and car parks has been initiated with the CTC and State services to obtain funding, for more details please refer to the deliberation of January 2019 included in the living section in Partinello town hall tab.

This is an investment of €483,877 which we hope can start in 2021.

Funding is provided by the CDC for €363,547 and the State (DETR) for €71,941.

Second file:

File mentioned in the deliberation of January 2019 which mainly concerns the repair of roads inside the village, the development of the church square and the runoff of rainwater. A grant application file has been initiated with the CTC and State authorities.

Environmental operations:

- Caspiu and Miserinu Beach: are carried entirely by the Conservatoire du Littoral and the CTC.

The development work started in April 2021 and should last two years.

- Rehabilitation of ruins and property operations without masters will be led by the Commune, it will be spread over several years in liaison with the co-owners of the property. The operation carried out by the GIRTEC currently completed, and allowed us to know the owners. After a first amicable phase, long legal procedures are to be carried out in certain cases and procedures for the incorporation of certain goods into the private heritage of the Commune for other situations after consultation with the various co-owners.

A first operation concerning the Toussaint Ceccaldi estate of Vetriccia called "chiaraginu" is completed. The Commune becomes the owner of the ruin in Vetriccia and of land at a place called Pastricciola. The sale of a ruin in the hamlet of Vetriccia is in progress (advertisement notice published in the press and specifications available at the Town Hall)

Two others are in progress (Cardi Jean dit U Stazzuranu and Ceccaldi Lucien dit Farone)

- Creation of a technical depot on the Pastricciola road abandonment: in conjunction with the CTC, the Municipality has recovered this road abandonment and the development to use it as a municipal technical depot should start in October 2021

The investment represents an expenditure excluding VAT of €54,760 financed by the OEC (€23,132), the DETR (€3,276) and the CDC (€17,600).

Creation of a fire protection interface:

In addition to the obligatory clearing done by the owners around their house, an additional interface of 50 meters will be carried out by the Municipality for better fire protection.

this zone concerns the bottom of the village from the water treatment plant to the fountain.

The call for tenders for the launch of the work should be released in the summer of 2021 and the work will start in November of the same year.

The clearing work represents an expenditure excluding tax of €62,370 financed by the DETR (State) €26,100, the OEC €25,000 and the CDC €5,033.

The closing part costs €35,200 excluding VAT and is financed up to €28,160 by the CDC.

Church of Saint Anthony

Beautification work on the bell tower, modification of the electrification, installation of a lightning rod, a clock and a painting of Saint Anthony in the arch above the door.

The cost of the work amounts to €22,114 and is financed by the CDC with a grant of €17,691.
